My Philosophy:

In my experience as a SF Peninsula and  Bay Area real estate professional, I have found that providing the very best service is essentially about being extraordinarily honest in communications, and putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding very quickly to your needs.  In other words, I will tell you honestly about the pro's and cons' of a property you may be considering buying, based on your needs and price range. If you are planning to sell a property, you will hear the honest truth about the current market of buyers for your home, and what you can expect from different pricing and marketing strategies.

This "honesty and client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. There are other qualities and skills that also go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

I have further found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only creating better looking materials, quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Call me, and let's get started!

"Frances listed and sold our San Mateo house for the highest price ever 1.8M in that area. She dedicated lots of time working with us to enhance the appeal of our house. She also helped us with staging the house with her own team of professional stagers at a very reasonable price, she even offer to chip in with the staging cost... all this makes the house looks so beautiful. We received so many multiple offers in the first few days, and we sold our house almost $150 G over the asking price in a full cash offer with no contingency. Frances is one of the best real estate professional we have met, since we have many experiences with other realtors in selling our previous houses. Most big name realtors once they list your house, they were never there to work with you, as they are already busy on their other next project since they think they got you already..... Frances is always there day and night to answer your question and on call to give you update. "

"We had the pleasure of working with Frances when looking for our first home in the Peninsula back in 2013. Frances taught us the ropes and made what could have been a harrowing experience into a fun stress-free adventure. It took us some time to find the right place but Frances was very patient with us and when we finally settled on a home in Burlingame the real estate transaction went extremely smoothly. Then last year, due to a job change, we had to relocate to the East Bay in a hurry and so we turned to Frances again. Frances was able to sell our place literally within a week of us alerting her that we needed to move. She then helped us find a house in San Ramon where we have been since. There is no doubt that if we need to relocate again we will ask Frances to be our realtor."

"Frances was extremely helpful when it came time to sell our mothers home. I have 6 siblings and her ability to deal with all of us was instrumental in making the process go smoothly. Her eye for staging and suggestions for minor cosmetic improvements (which came out of her own pocket) helped make the house look beautiful. She showed the house to many prospective buyers and we took a cash offer that was well over the asking price. Can't thank her enough. "

" Frances is a great realtor and a wonderful person to work with. She did not rush us, she took the time to get to know what we liked/disliked and cared deeply about where we ended up living and not simply on making the sale."

  -Bruce Owen-Crompton, Client

"Frances had been very attentive to us throughout the whole buying process. She really listened to what we wanted and needed and she made sure she matched those to the properties she invited us to see. She was very honest and would tell us the truth as it is. That's why we learned to trust her and really depended on her advice in helping us make the right decision in purchasing our first property. Her services did not end at the conclusion of the sale. She still helped us find a good mover and shared with us her list of available services when we were looking for a handyman. Then, she would even follow-up with us to know if we received good service from her recommendations.
